IMPORTANT: COVID-19 information – Please read carefully

We are writing to you today to inform you of how our businesses are responding to the evolving COVID-19 outbreak.

The current situation for our operations is business as usual. We have resources in place across our depots and businesses to ensure we proactively monitor the situation and respond appropriately whilst adhering to the UK government’s advice.

To minimize the chance of escalation, we are taking a number of precautions, and mitigating actions including:

• Reiterating good personal hygiene for all staff.
• Increasing our daily cleaning regimes.
• Performing diligence on our supply chains to proactively mitigate delays.
• Working with our teams to ensure our staff are aware of government protocols.

I reiterate that, currently, there is no reason to worry that our service will decline, it is business as usual. Our priority is to ensure our staff safety whilst continuing to run smooth operations throughout this crisis.

Please be reminded that we can arrange deliveries. Our drivers have increased hygiene precautions and have introduced additional measures to offer alternative delivery options for recipients.

However, we remain uncertain about how this epidemic is going to evolve and in the unlikely event that the situation escalates and leads to any disruption, you will be immediately informed. We will, of course, keep you updated and give you as much advanced warning as possible.
