Proud to Support the DIY SOS Glasgow Build in Newton Mearns

We were delighted to support the DIY SOS Glasgow build in Newton Mearns, helping the team transform the home of the Connolly family.

The project brought together local businesses, tradespeople and volunteers to help give the family their home back, and we were proud to play a small part in such an important community project.

Supplying Building Materials for the DIY SOS Project

Our Paisley, Dalry and East Kilbride depots supplied building materials for the project, helping the DIY SOS team and volunteers complete the transformation.

A huge thank you goes to our branch teams for their support, as well as to Stewart and Steven for their generosity in helping make our contribution possible.

Being there when the completed home was handed back to the Connolly family was an incredibly special and emotional moment, and one we were proud to be part of.

Supporting Our Local Communities

Projects like DIY SOS Glasgow demonstrate what can be achieved when local businesses, suppliers, tradespeople and communities come together to support families who need a helping hand.

We are incredibly proud of everyone involved and grateful to have had the opportunity to contribute to such a worthwhile project in Newton Mearns.

📺 Watch the DIY SOS Glasgow episode at 8pm on 22nd September.

We’re looking forward to seeing the finished build on screen and celebrating the fantastic work of everyone who helped make it happen.
