We believe in investing in young people and offering valuable opportunities to kick-start successful careers.

Since last year, Cowal Building have taken on seven apprentices, ranging from admin assistants, yard and warehousing assistants and mechanics, who have all been thriving in their roles. Our apprenticeship opportunities have provided these young people with invaluable experience and qualifications, setting them on a path towards success in the building merchants trade.

We now have a fantastic vacancy for another apprentice at our Balloch depot. We’re seeking a motivated individual between the ages of 16 and 18 to join our team. This is a remarkable chance for a young person to gain hands-on experience, earn while you learn and lay a strong foundation for a rewarding career in the industry.
