Our Catherwood depot is looking to recruit a Sales Office Administrator/Sales Advisor for our national accounts sales office in East Kilbride. Experience of working within a builders merchant is essential.

Duties and skills required for this role.

• Always delivering high customer service, building and maintaining customer relationships with a focus on improving sales incrementally.
• Lead the sales process from end to end, taking ownership of customer accounts.
• Be able to respond to customer queries regarding price, availability and some technical knowledge.
• Proactivity and attention to detail, having the ability to use your own initiative to get the job done.
• Administration duties and the ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Experience of dealing with building products and a sound knowledge of the industry.
